What is a South Dakota Corporation?

Recently however, limited liability companies (LLCs) have become the prevailing choice of entity formation. Corporations provide a ‘corporate veil’ to their owners, known as stockholders (or shareholders), which shields them from the liabilities and obligations of the corporation.
