Malissa Daniels is the Director of Client Services for Corporate Filing Solutions, LLC. Malissa is responsible for the formations of new businesses for clients, and managing ongoing compliance work for our clients.
Malissa is an experienced corporate paralegal and also has been an office manager for a corporate law firm. Previously, Malissa was a Human Resources specialist at several large public companies.
Nichole Brown is the Director of Operations of Corporate Filing Solutions, LLC. She also leads and oversees the operation of the company’s web-based business, Filings Made Easy. Nichole is an experienced corporate paralegal and also has managed operations for a corporate law firm and the financial statements and book keeping for other businesses.
