The application includes basic information about your foreign LLC, such as your company’s name, the name you will use in New Hampshire, your principal business information, and the name and address of your New Hampshire registered agent.The filing fee for the Application is $100, payable to the State of New Hampshire. You cannot submit the form online at this time. You must file by mail or in-person.You must include with the filing a Certificate of Good Standing from your home state. This official document (which can be obtained from your state’s Secretary of State) officially recognizes that your LLC exists and is in good standing in your home jurisdiction.
  3. Await ProcessingThe New Hampshire Corporations Division will process a foreign LLC registration within one to two weeks.
