California (CA) LLC Guidelines:

An LLC is formed in the State of California (CA) when the Articles of Organization are properly filed with the California (CA) Secretary of States office along with the required filing fee. The following information must be included in the California (CA) Articles of Organization:

*Name of the Company (Your company’s name must end in either Limited Liability Company, L.L.C. or LLC)

*The purpose for which the company was formed

*The name of the Registered Agent (also known as agent for service of process) and its California (CA) address

*State whether the LLC will be managed by one manager, multiple managers or all limited liability company members.

*A statement describing the provisions limiting business or the company or any members
