A Wyoming corporation’s existence begins when its Articles of Incorporation are filed with the Secretary of State.
The $100 filing fee must also be paid at the time the Articles of Incorporation are filed with the Secretary of State.
The Articles of Incorporation must contain:

- - the name and physical address of the corporation’s registered agent
