- The classes and values of the authorized stock

- The name and address of the corporation’s registered agent in the State of Colorado (CO) will be Filings Made Easy or a party affiliated with Filings Made Easy

Corporation Name:

Your corporation’s name must end in one of the following (or an abbreviation): Incorporated, Corporation, Company, Limited.

S Corporations:
