We notify our clients repetitively about Secretary of State filings that are coming due to ensure that entities remain in good standing. In 2010 for example, less than 2% of our clients were untimely with their filings – and, in all cases, it was the clients’ choices to not make the filings. We try to do the most possible to assist clients with ongoing compliance, as opposed to allowing them to fall out of “good standing” and then charging fees to bring them back into compliance.

Centralized Operations:
Our corporate operating center is in Boston, Massachusetts, where all orders and clients’ needs are managed. The Boston team then ensures that our state offices and teams take care of clients’ needs throughout the country.
Ease in Changing your Registered Agent to us:
If you choose to change your registered agent from your existing registered agent to us, we will prepare and file all necessary paperwork to cause the change to be made and we will pay any fees charged by the Secretary of State to cause the change of registered agent.
