Definition of Apostille :

Apostille is a means of certifying a document for use in another country pursuant to the 1961 Hague Convention. This is similar to notarization, but is recognized by many countries as an international means of certifying a document or stock certificate’s stock power.

Must stockholders of my corporation be issued stock certificates?

It depends. The bylaws of the corporation and applicable law should be reviewed to determine if stock my be “certificated” or if it can be “uncertificated.”
